Aletheia Prime Consulting places field personnel with Alberta energy and industrial operators. Every worker comes with tickets checked, a written hazard and emergency program, and a Field Consultant who answers the phone.
In an industry where a missed ticket or a vague hazard form can hurt someone, we hold ourselves to a simple standard: clear reporting, honest availability, and paperwork you can verify.
Give us the job, the dates, and the tickets. We return a crew list, the documents your safety team will ask for, and one person accountable for the work.
Experienced hands for rig and service work, placed for a job, a season, or an extended term.
Crews briefed for cold-weather operations, with cold stress, winter driving, and heated work controls in the plan.
Workers oriented for prime-contractor sites and industrial mills, including shutdowns and turnarounds.
One package for your contractor management system: insurance, WCB, safety program, and worker tickets.
A Field Consultant supports the crew, tracks hours, and reports to your supervisor.
Written fixed-term agreements and Alberta-compliant employment policies for every worker on your site.
Tell us the role, the tickets, and the dates. Tickets are checked before a worker is put forward.
General field labour for service and rig work. Safe, reliable, and ready for cold weather.
Technical hands for drilling and well services, including managed pressure drilling and well testing support.
Crews for seasonal heating, winterization, and site support, planned around cold stress and winter driving.
Workers oriented for prime-contractor sites, with fall protection and hot work awareness.
Shutdown and maintenance labour with lockout, confined space, and combustible dust training.
Describe the work. If we are not the right fit, we will say so, and tell you what to ask for.
Crews for well sites and service operations, briefed on H2S, pressure, simultaneous operations, and Alberta winter conditions before they arrive.
Workers who understand the prime contractor structure, site orientation, permits, and what to do when several employers share one site.
Contract labour for shutdowns and turnarounds, trained on lockout, machine guarding, confined spaces, and combustible dust before first entry.
We are based in Strathmore and place crews anywhere in the province. These are the hubs we serve most often. If your site is somewhere else in the province, ask.
Your contractor safety team can review the program on paper, then see it applied on site. It is written to Alberta's Occupational Health and Safety framework.

Scroll through a typical day on a cold-weather job and see which safety document is in play at each point. This is an illustration of our process, not a record of a specific job.
The driver checks rest, weather, and the road report, then files a journey plan with check-in times. A late check-in starts the overdue procedure.
Each worker confirms they are rested and fit. The supervisor checks tickets and expiry dates against the job.
The crew completes site orientation, learns the alarm signals, and walks to the muster point.
Before any task starts, the crew writes down hazards and controls on the FLHA and signs on. Any worker can stop the job.
In the cold, crews rotate into shelter, check exposed skin, and watch each other for the first signs of cold stress.
New task, new crew nearby, or wind picks up. The FLHA is updated before work continues.
Hours are logged, near misses are reported, and tools and permits are returned before the crew leaves site.
Work plus travel stays inside the limit. The driver checks in on arrival and the trip is closed out.
A defined path with a named person at every step.
Three working tools our team uses to think through a job. They show the thinking behind our safety program. They are planning aids and do not replace a site-specific assessment or legal advice.
This builds the hazard and control rows of a sample field level hazard assessment. On a real job the crew completes one on site, for the actual conditions.
| Step | Hazard | Control | Risk after |
|---|
Uses the Environment and Climate Change Canada wind chill formula and its frostbite risk bands.
Use these with us or anyone else. A good provider answers each one with a document, not a promise.
Ask for the letter itself and check the account is in good standing.
Ask for the certificate, and check the limits and the named insured.
A form that stops at "be careful" is not a hazard assessment.
It should name muster points, contacts, and who does what.
Long winter drives injure more workers than most site hazards.
It should cover fatigue and substances, and say what happens next.
You want a name and a phone number, not a call centre.
Expired tickets are a common audit finding.
Aletheia Prime Consulting Inc. is run by someone with 7+ years on land and offshore drilling, well control and well testing work in Canada and the U.S. The same person plans your crew, reviews the paperwork, and answers the phone.
